Event Prize Rules
- All prize amounts are in Indian Rupees.
- The prize money shall be given to winners in the form of Cheques and Bank Transfer only.
- The winners’ names in the different categories will be announced at the conclusion of the races. However, this will be a provisional list, subject to final verification by the Race Officials and Timing authority.
- The winners will have to sign and submit a declaration reconfirming the information provided is accurate and will provide original documents for identification and age proof if requested.
- The winners’ cheques will be sent by registered post, and the bank transfer will be done within 30 working days after the event, once the winners’ list has been ratified by the officials and there are no conflicting claims over any particular Prize / Ranking.
- Prize Money winnings are subject to Indian Income Tax Rules as applicable, and taxes, if deductible, would be borne by the winner.
- Top 5 Finishers in the Open Category of Full Marathon (42K) and Half Marathon (21K) (men and women) finishers will be on Gun Time, while all Age Category prize money entitlement will be based on CHIP TIME.
- In case any question arises or controversy exists that is not already covered by the prize/ranking rules, the decision of the Organizers will be FINAL.
- The organizer’s decision on rankings and entitlements of prize money will be final and binding on all.

Marathon Rules and Regulations
1. Eligibility
- Participants must be of legal age (18 years or older).
- Athletes may need to provide proof of age.
2. Bib Number
- Participants must wear their assigned bib number on the front of their shirt.
- Altering or duplicating bib numbers is strictly prohibited.
3. Course Rules
- Runners must stay on the marked course at all times.
- Participants may not receive outside assistance during the race, except at designated aid stations.
4. Cut-off Times
- Participants must complete the marathon within a specified time limit (6 hours).
- Runners not meeting the cut-off time may be asked to leave the course.
5. Medical Assistance
- Medical personnel will be present along the course and at the finish line.
- Participants are encouraged to withdraw if they feel unwell or unable to continue.
6. Disqualification
- Participants may be disqualified for violations of rules, including but not limited to:
- Cheating or cutting the course
- Use of banned substances
- Failure to follow instructions from race officials
- Disqualification can occur at any time, including during the race or post-race review.
7. Conduct
- Participants are expected to display good sportsmanship and respect for fellow runners, volunteers, and officials.
- Abusive behavior or unsportsmanlike conduct may lead to disqualification.
8. Weather Policy
- The event will be held rain or shine. In extreme weather conditions, the race director reserves the right to alter or cancel the event.
9. Liability Waiver
- All participants must sign a liability waiver at registration, acknowledging the risks involved in participating in the marathon.
