SKICC, Where the great mountains descend to stand vigil by a lake and the sun sets crimson on the Dal, stand the Sher-i-Kashmir International Conference Centre (SKICC). Located along the Boulevard that encircles the Dal Lake, the SKICC brings to Srinagar all the facilities of a modern conference venue.
